Windows Phone 8.1 dev preview

I signed up into the MS app studio and got the preview for developers and successfully enrolled.
So once the dev preview is out I may see out for how the 620 is going to run 8.1.
But I have a question as to how can you upgrade from the dev review to the final released version

Once Nokia releases it's firmware and it becomes available for your device you will get the official release at that time.
