Windows Phone 8.1 DP Update 1 - Battery Drain?

Hi,
I updated last night and my fully charged battery lasted only for five hours without me doing anything.
Usually it lasts 24 hrs.
I have now gone through a soft reset and hope that this will fix the battery drain issue.
Has anyone experienced similiar issues?

Same here 5/6 hours, but it was 5/6 with DP 8.1 too...

Lumia 925. Battery is draining way too fast. Seems like new IE is causing it.

Hm, Soft Reset seems to have helped... almost back at my old routine but not quite.

My Lumia 620 doesn't show any updates, any ideas why, anybody? Mine is an Indian 620, but being used in the Maldives.

Yeah, I agree that the Update 1 is a horrible update to be pushing out to people who use their phone on a regular basis, unlike developers. My battery drain was so bad I was reading an article for 10 minutes and it drained 10 percent of the battery. I think the best thing is to revert it back to the regular WP8.1. And besides, the Lumia 620's battery is seriously underpowered for these days...
