Hello, I have a Nokia Lumia 525 which I updated to Windows Phone 8.1 yesterday using the preview for developers app. Since then, I've noticed that when I copy images to the phone, it takes up more space than it should.
For example, I copy 500 MB worth of images, and it takes close to 1 GB of space magically.
And it's also worth noting that any images copied to the SD card don't get listed in the photos app, and thus can't be opened. (But it still takes the huge space, even in the SD card, resulting in a situation where the used space shown is a lot more than the size of all the contents of the SD card. Situation shown here: http://i.imgur.com/CJNlmC7.png http://i.imgur.com/mgxe4OO.png )
Luckily, my phone's a Nokia, so I can flash 8.0 back if this can't be fixed.
Anyway, anyone else had something similar happen to them?
Thanks for any ideas on what to do about this.
