Windows phone 8.1 on Lumia 820?

How does it run.? Any problems? Lag? Battery drain?

There are some bugs and battery drain , this isn't the final build and it lacks firmware update from Nokia (cyan update which contains new drivers and improvements ). You can go ahead and install wp8.1 and if you fell like reverting back to wp8 , you can do so by using Nokia recovery tool :smile:

Except for videos that stutter it's running pretty smooth. Battery life is about the same as GDR2.
