Windows Phone 8.1 - SIM Card Reinsertion

Hello,
I am wondering this is there a way to re-enable the cellular service to my AT&T Lumia 1520 when I reinsert my SIM while the phone is on.
Every time I have to reboot the phone in order for it to pick up the network.

I don't think that is currently possible
