Windows Phone 8 Call Blocking

Is call blocking supported on any of the Windows Phone 8 systems
If not does anybody know of a call blocking app
I want to be able to block calls from on the phone and not have to mess around going to a web page and blocking them thru the cell phone provider

WP 7.X does not have that feature. That's the one feature I really miss.
