Windows Phone 8 tile sizes?

Hey there....would anyone happen to know the actual pixel sizes of the wp8 tiles? Specifically the "medium and small" ones.

I have an app which currently uses 173x173 tiles in it's menu and I'd like to update it abit so it looks like "7.8"
I could just guess at it since it's pretty much splits the screen in half but was wondering if anyone here new the exact size.
