Windows Phone 8 update Issue

Hi there,

I just received my first Windows Phone on Friday so I am very new to it. I did an update yesterday and thought it was the GDR3 update but today my phone says there is an update for my phone so I checked and my OS version 8.0.10328.78.

But each time my phone notifies my of this update, the only option it gives me is "dismiss" and when I go to Phone Update, it shows Update status and it says below that you need to connect to Wifi to download the update but I am connected to WiFi but it isnt updating... What do I do?
