I love how office is built into WP 8 but WP 9 needs outlook. It's the only missing piece of the puzzle there.

Quick dial on the native phone dialer by typing my contacts name directly on the numpad.

I want the opposite, too.
There are many times, when I'm trying to figure out who a phone number belongs to.
Start typing the number and show contact names.
I have to use RapDialer, to do that (yet, my wife's feature phone can do it).

WP9 will need a serious UI revamp, as the current UI is getting quite old for a veteran WP use of 4 years. They need to add support for backgrounds, keep the flat design but add more layers in the UI. Settings needs to be completely redone, and more layers and textures need to be there. Windows Store apps have the better version of the Modern UI and WP9 just needs to copy it. The UI needs to stay flat, but add some more depth, and use more colors throughout the entire UI. Notification and multitasking need to be done properly, or I will be leaving WP quite soon.
