windows phone app wont install on win-7-64 ends with error code 2755, if this is wrong forum i apologise, i wasnt sure where to post,

Are you typing about the WPC app for Windows phone or the Metro WPC app for Win8\Metro or the sync app for Windows phone from Microsoft?

Go to programs/ apps under the control panel and uninstall the app, then reinstall it again. Probably just a bad install. Also you can use windows media player to sync music (its better than the app on windows 7 for windows phone), and open the phone as a drive under the computer and drag and drop files as well.

thanks for reply, it wont even start as soon as you click install, install stops and spits out that error, so it never got installed at all there is no sign anywhere of a attempt to install, not in add/remove programs or anywhere i can find

Might be worth uninstalling the phone driver them hooking it up and letting it reload then try.
