Windows phone device tool won't download 8.1 firmware

Hi all.

I installed 10572 by accident, I wanted 10581. Tried to roll back but I get an error when downloading 8.1. It says I have the latest software. What should I do?

I get the message "invalid crc32 for file: RM40_025...._RETAIL.....ffu
