Windows Phone Notifications on Anniversary Update?

I have Lumia 950XL. I understood that the Anniversary Update allowed phone notifications on the PC, but Settings<Notifications does not have a "Windows Phone" option as I've seen in other posts to get this set up. Is it possible to set up notifications / sync with my Lumia with the Anniversary Update and, if so, how?

The app is calleD Windows Phone Beta, and replies ALL notification you get on your Redstone phone (ALL: sms, mail whatsapp, Messenger, calls)
You can see each one but you cannot reply via pc for now... but is gorgeous!)

Have you changed the setting in Cortana to "Send notifications between devices"?
