Windows Phone Recovery Tool doesn't work, what should I do?

When I opened the WPRT, it said I needed to update it but when I did, it returned with an error. I uninstalled it and downloaded the latest installer for v2.1.2 from Windows' website but that doesn't work either. The error code is 0x80091007, and says the hash is not correct.

What should I do?

Tried Nokia Care Suite and other tips but they didn't help. The Nokia care suite doesn't support Lumia 925 to begin with.

Nokia Product Support Tool DOES support the Lumia 925 and flashing works as expected.

What is the product code for the Lumia 925? Mine says rm-892 but I couldn't find that in the Nokia Care Suite. Thanks for the help, by the way

Meanwhile, I had to use my phone's mobile hotspot and I have successfully installed the WPRT. But now it doesn't detect my phone for some reason. I'm now working on that.

If you go into extras+info what mobile operator/manufacturer name do you see?

It's been fixed now, it turns out, I can't install WDRT while connected to the Turkish ISP 'TTNet'. I can install it while connected to my phones hotspot. It's been a lot of these magic fixes born out of total coincidences. Thanks for all the help though, and pankaj981, I stand corrected, Nokia Care Suite does support Lumia 925 indeed, I just needed to find an updated version. I am determined to upload those tools onto a decent file sharing site, the first chance I get
