Windows phone store crashing upon opening

[Windows Central Question]

So I just added a new credit account and bought a new app cost $.99 anyways I was going to buy a new app but when I taped on the tile the store opened and went back to the start same for cortana and when I search something on internet explorer it resets my typing!

I was wondering if the app or the credit card had an effect
And also I'm using a "Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE"

Could you please give us more info, like what os build you are on? Are you are an insider ?

For basic bug troubleshooting you could do a soft reset ( hold volume down+power key until phone reboots) which could fix such small minor glitches.

go to settings and check for OS updates
After updating the phone, go to store app and check for app updates
