Windows Phone Store offline?

Hi,

I'm trying to get a game called "Trivia Champ 2" and I can't access Windows Phone Store.
Is it down for anybody else?



On the device it just keeps "loading..."

Well... for me it is.

UPDATE: It's kinda working now. Unstable, but back.
