windows store not showing updates

For the past few days i have noticed that the windows store is not showing updates for the apps. But if i check the apps individually then it shows that it needs to be updated but the live tile never shows that there are apps that need to be updated.

I'm not 100% certain, but if I recall correctly, the store tile gets updated every 24 hours. Stop manually checking for a day and see if the tile shows updates or not.

I think mine was related to still having my old phone on windowsphone.com.
