For the past month, I've not been able to purchase any apps in the Windows store. I can download free apps and make updates. I've tried deleting and re-adding payment options, including PayPal. I've tried a soft reset, and I've switching my time/date to manual from auto. Microsoft support suggesting deleting payment options from my account and going through MS Wallet, but this app won't even open on my phone.
BTW, when I try to make a purchase, I don't get an error code... I just get sent back to the Start screen.
Any ideas?
