windows store server stumbling...what's up?

I try to enter the Windows 10 Store and all I get is a message that the server stumbled. What does that mean and how does it get fixed?

I'd restart your PC and try again. If you keep getting the same error, click on the little circle portrait just to the left of the search bar. Make sure your account is logged in. Also, be sure you have a connection to the internet.
