Windows Central Question

I cannot play the game I bought(which I had to buy on another computer because it wouldn't let me here) because it thinks I have another windows. IT won't let me post a link for some reason but it still shows the price and it is greyed out and It gives a link to download windows 10 and says this app needs hardware my device doesn't have. I have all the updates as well. I've tried to reinstall the store reset the store and anything else I could find on the internet.

I never downloaded, just bought it on another computer. I've had TONS of problems. one point I could buy it BUT it said it cost over $400. Then I couldn't buy it but it still cost that much now it says 59$ but I cannot just download it. I have no idea what I did to do this. This went with every single game they were all overpriced as well. this goes with all windows type games. same with gears.

I have a 970m with a i7-4710hq 16gb ram. which is more powerful then the 760 they ask for. But like I said before it gives me a link to download windows 10. 9Fx8lGt.png I updated my NVidia drives just in case nothing. And when I downloaded the file it just says your windows 10 enterprise can't upgrade.

ok I did all the updates... again and still at 10240. Am I missing something?

ok I don't know if it matters or not but when I do download the link it shows me this pops up 2uczeZU.png I have windows enterprise if that makes a difference as well.

and again, I haven't updated my computer in a while, like months since before all this every time I opened the store it closed automatically so I was forced to update. I turned updates off because I didn't want it forcing to turn my computer off all the time. Don't know if that matters at all?
