Windows Studio Effects

I have been using the Logitech BRIO for a while on my Surface Laptop Studio. I recently upgraded to the Laptop Studio 2. Windows Studio Effects works great for the built-in camera, but the options aren't showing in the settings for my BRIO. According to everything I've read, it should work fine with the BRIO. I know Daniel R. uses the BRIO, or at least did at one point, and was hoping he, or someone else out there would have some pointers on what's going on. I can't seem to get an answer from either Logitech Support or Microsoft.
