WindowsCentral Edge Blocker toolkit - Is it safe?

Hi guys! Has anyone had any issue when installed the Blocker Toolkit at step2 on page https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-microsoft-edge-chromium-installing-automatically-windows-10 ?

3 days after I made all the steps using Blocker Toolkit, I had my credit card informations stolen and some unknown transactions.

I'm not saying that it has virus, but I just would like to confirm this with other users. And as you can see, the link to download (step 2) is from other site, something that often increases suspicion.

Searching the direct download link (step 2 that I mentioned), I've found it in 2 posts from users at microsoft website:

And searching the same direct link at whoishostingthis.com, it says Hosting Provider is Microsoft.

So, I think it's safe =)
