I don't find USB section in the settings in the preview but in the emulator, why?
Is there an application for windows to project my phone via USB?

If you ask Cortana for "USB" and swipe left once she gives you results, it will take you to the phone section and you will see a USB settings page. However it looks to be non-functional (hence inaccessible from settings). This might be a sign of things to come.

I didn't discover this, someone else posted it yesterday.
