Winphone 8.1 Update Error 8018830f after dowgrading from W10M Interop Unlocked

Sorry about my bad English
My device is Lumia 530 (RM-1017_1008) and upgraded to W10M by unsupported way, then i used DHT Upgrade Advisor to get 14393.448 build. installed Interop Tool and checked all features in Interop Unlock tab
Then i used WDRT to go back to 8.1 (Cyan) because of battery.
But when i update the phone, it stop at 'Preparing to install 14%' and showed 'The update was dowloaded, but couldn't opened (8018830f)

I tried went back to Stock for many times by WDRT, but this problem couldn't sovle.
I tr?ed to use Prev for Dev to get Preview Build, it works but there are 3 update (i think this is a bug) and after installing, my device works slowly.
How to solve this problem?

what update are you trying to install? is it windows 10 or 8.1 ? you can flash the firmware using WDRT with the latest firmware available for your device on MS servers.
