wireless sync for XV6800

What are the advantages or disadvantages of activating wireless sync on the 6800? Are there extra Verizon charges to use it?

I don't believe there are any additional charges to use Wireless Sync. Here's VZW's link for Wireless Sync

Thanks, actually, I got a reply from VZW, and it turns out you need to be signed up for the broadband program (for an additonal monthly charge). So far, the regular email is working, so I'm holding off on web sync. Dave S.

I would advise NOT using Wireless Sync. There is little to no advantage to using WS over Active Sync or just the regular POP/IMAP client built into WM.

WS sucks down both the performance and battery of your device.
