wondering about muzzled voice quality users

Just wondering if people with this problem have their volume up when on a call. Cause on my first call thats how voices sounded and I just turned the volume up and it was fine. So I guess it's default voice volume is low

People aren't complaining about the earpiece, but the microphone. It's the person to whom we're speaking who are telling us that we sound muffled.
