Work Outlook calendar and tasks are not in sync

hello all,
please help me out here with my new Lumia 900. any advice is very much appreciated.

i finally transported my work email to the phone (AT&T people couldn't help; my IT dept responded that they do not support windows phone -- so insulting) anyway, i finally figured it out and ported the email in to the phone.
however, the calendars and tasks are not transferred to the phone for some reason. anyone can help?

p.s. in the contect to sync, i already picked email, canlendar, tasks...

Solved

i tried to sync it again and again,
it finally worked. i did not do anything differently.
