Would Itunes work on Windows 10 for phones?

Would Itunes work on Windows 10 for phones

I have spend a huge amount of Money for tv series on iTunes and would like to change to Microsoft devices. I pretty sure they will run via iTunes on a Surface, however, will they also run on a Windows Phone with Windows 10 as it has the same OS at the Surface in future?

Apple would have to create a universal version and publish it in the store for all devices.

In other words, no.

iTunes will run fine on the Windows "real computers/tablets/laptops" but not on phones. However, nothing stopping you (except possibly DRM or incompatible formats) from copying media files to the folders on the phone and playing them.
