So now that we've got the Pebble app .appx file that Windows Central provided us with, would it now be possible for someone who knows more about this kind of stuff than I do to built upon it and add things like the Pebble Store and some Cortana support?
The Store apparently has an open API, as someone from Crackberry has already done it

It seems like all someone would have to do is to sell this app for $0.99 in the Windows Store and they would make a killing. Maybe that might even convince Pebble that there is actually demand for a Windows app.
