Wp 10 freezes my lumia 1320

I've used it for 2 days, and don't know why it becomes unresponsive. Touch not working, nothing works, can't turn it off too even with the power cord plugged in.

What can I do in this case ? please help.

I tried all the combo keys, now i can get it reboot.
