How can I get denim for my Lumia 625 in india ? If not yet released means how can I get preview ?

By signing up for the Preview for Developers program, you can get Windows Phone 8.1 Update. (aka 8.1.1)

Also, Denim almost certainly doesn't offer anything new for your 625, so don't worry about it.

You can get denim if it is realized by Microsoft for your phone. We do not know when this will be because we are not Microsoft. So the only thing you can do is wait.

That's what xandros9 referred as 8.1.1 (8.1 Update 1). This you can get using PFD.
As explained in many posts here Denim contains both Firmware and OS updates. For 625 the firmware component will be minimal. Hence using PFD
you can get the OS part of the update. With the mentioned update you will get Cortanan 'Alpha'.
