WP 8.1 update LUMIA 625

1. Will the apps be migrated from 8 to 8.1 ?
2. Does Windows Phone 2012 SDK supports 8.1 as device for deployment ?

2. Not sure since I am not a developer or used any SDK.

Yes the apps will be migrated to WP8.1 if you have a backup already. And also all your purchases will be restored as long as you turn on the Advertising ID in Windows Phone settings.
About the latter I don't have any clue though.

Apps that are deployed/installed on your phone will stay intact. They will be migrated as this is an update which will never remove your personal files/settings or even apps including app data. I am not sure about the second one though. Why not check your SDK for updates.

If u hav visual studio 2013 , den u hav the latest tools for dealing with ur wp8.1 device
If u hav vs 2012 u should update

But these apps r small in no

99% of windows phone apps will work on windows phone 8.1 without any issues.

Changing region is not sufficient
U also hav to set ur phone language to English us
Keep it on d top of d language list
