WP 8.10.14147.180 for Nokia 1020 on Rogers

I'm a happy 1020 owner with 8.10.1239.890 but Cortana nor other new features are yet available that I understand will come with 8.10.14147.180. Anyone have any dates on when the 14147 will come to Canada and to Rogers?

What Firmware Revision number is that? (It's under the same area you check for OS version). It shows here that if you have 3051.50009.1424.0000, its available:

Yes, the firmware # is 3051.500009.1424.0000 (as per what the Nokia update page shows) and a check on update shows I have the latest version. However, when I check Contana settings, they are greyed out with the message "Not available in your region." I understand that Cortana is available in Canada. Online postings say I need the OS version 14147 and the carrier, Rogers says it is still in development. So back to the original question, is there an ETA for the OS or the firmware update giving me Contana (and a few other settings such as creating folders on the homescreen)?
