WP Store Across Devices

Hi All,

I've downloaded a few applications on my Windows 8.1 (full not RT) tablet logged in with my Microsoft account. My WP 8.1 phone has the same applications (well WPversions but same name and purpose) but it shows with a cost does that mean I have to purchase the application twice?

If these apps aren't universal apps, you will have to purchase them on your WP too, yes. If they actually ARE universal apps, you won't be charged again. Tap on the buy button and wait for the page to load. The store should recognize you've already purchased the app and just let you install it.
