If you are on the Insider Fast for your phone, that's the fastest you will get updates.

If you want the updates faster than the Insider Fast Ring provides, you'll have to go to work for Microsoft and get on the W10M development team.

If you really want to scratch that speedy update itch, no matter the cost, I would get a phone that's supported by Lineage (Android ROM) and just keep installing nightlies on that.
