So I think it is important before we all jump in that a lot is missing.....despite the claim they should all work

1. tunein radio: there is no better free ad supported, app to get local fm and am radio: missing from wp8/Nokia 920

2. Adobe reader

3. Pulse newsreader

Good Technology - Until it's updated for WP8, we can not purchase/use new WP devices for our very large company. I've had to tell 14 people to return their 920's just this morning.

Shuffle Party - a free Xbox Live game by Microsoft surprisingly is missing.

I was going to say TuneIn but I see that's already covered.

Quicken or Mint.com, a good DLNA client and a good media player that can play mpg files like mobo or mx player on the android.

Skype is on WP8 now. Also Pulse newsreader was pulled from Wp7 appstore more than 2 months ago. Thought id keep everyone honest ;) proceed

Since you have an inbuilt pdf reader, I don't really see the necessity of adobe reader in WP8

WP8 missing apps

I see that several of my favorite apps are missing:

- Photosynth
- Bing Translator
- Skype (a full version that allows you to delete your history)

All of the above are coming (confirmed by their respective teams/blogs)

There is a PDF reader app for WP8 pushed out by Nokia, works well. Spotify is coming soon as well.

Some apps that use Nuance (Dragon Speech/Dictation)...have issues when doing Text to Speech (Say Mail, Ask Ziggy),etc.

That's it for my 'high priority list'.
