Are there any emulators I can get for the Windows phone?

I remember them not having any, but I am hearing many rumors about various emulators coming up.

There is a NES emulator now in the marketplace, called vNESlight. Works pretty well too.

There is an official MS development WP7 emulator that emulates almost all functionality of a WP7 reference phone, comes in the WP7 SDK.

No, not yet.

Microsoft JUST loosened the rules adding emulators to the marketplace. It won't take long before we see more of them show up.
