WP8 OS: Get rid of localized version?

Hello,
I have this very frustrating problem with my WP8 OS version.
I bought my phone in China where I worked and lived for a while. I recently moved back to Germany.
In China, Facebook and other social networks are blocked and thus not available in the WP8 OS. I thought this would be some sort of feature implemented by the local network operator.
But now I am back in Germany and I still cannot add a Facebook account to my phone, because the menu entry is not available in my localized Chinese version of the OS.

How can I get rid of this localization? I am in Germany now, SIM card is German, regional settings are German. OS is freshly updated. But how do I get the European OS version with Facebook and everything?

What is your product code, you may be able to Reflash the phone rom with NCS to European Version or International Version.

It is a normal 720 or 720T ?

If it is a 720T, then you are going to be limited to what rom you can use and those are all chinese

Can you change the store settings to another region to download?
