WPRT .. lumia 640 lte

After a failed hard reset i tried to use wprt on my lumia 640 lte and it just not recognize my phone .
Any ideea to solve this prob ? I'm using win 7

In the WPRT use my device is not detected.
Reinstall WPRT and/or try the LSRT
Use different USB cables.
Use different USB ports.
Use a different computer.
Use a different network.
Keep trying.
