Hello Guys

I am very disappointed about my Lumia 822 Battery Life its Keep Draining very hard
Example :
when i played Subway for 30 Minute its reduced 12%
Same with a lot of games >>> or opening WiFi and Facebook.

Thats a common problem or there's a problem in my Battery?? , I am using 8.1 Preview Developer version

Come on! you played subway for 30 minutes and saying that 12% is a lot!!!
And this is normal on preview
You'd better downgrade for Cyan it's amazing

My 820 last night went from 100% to dead in 4.5 hours with no use at all between 12pm and 4-30am was nearly late for work as alarms didn't go off because of it.

My Friend own Samsung s3 mini with smaller battery but he got better battery life than my lumia 822

100% in 4,5 hours is a lot. Bu it happens sometimes. Mine drained almost as quickly as that, but that was only once.

4 hours with continuous use over wifi (Including Social Networking and Youtube Vids, Excluding Games). In normal to no usage, it lasts for 8 hours.

All day from 9am to 6pm. On facebook, youtube and talking on the phone. Sending and recieving messages. I'm so impressed with my Lumia 520!!

Intensive use: 4.5 hours
Normal Use (phone calls, sms, internet, email, youtube, instagram...) 12 hours
Just on but doing nothing with him: 2 days

For me is really good! I used to have to carry a charger all the time with my old Samsung Focus

I unplug about 6 am and i use the phone moderately. Mostly texting few phone calls and eBay/internet use. Kids play a few games maybe 30 minutes. It's 830 pm and I still have 25% life left.

I have L920, unplug 8am and get to dinner before the dreaded battery saver comes on with moderate uses, maybe 4pm with heavy use. Had a battery drain problem a few months ago, uninstalled my email connection (I noticed it was working hard on sync) , reinstalled and now awesome (running developer preview)

I charge my phone twice a day, as I use my phone for browsing over the internet, online gaming etc. If I stop playing games, it lasts for more than 2 days(at normal usage)

My phone has pretty inconsistent battery life, it's probably the only thing that concerns me. But I usually have access to chargers, be it in my car or at a friend's house.

On some days my phone might last a full day, on other it'll start to die before 12 hours. But I usually do get around 3 - 5 hours of screen on time depending on what I am doing.

How much screen on time do you guys get?

Just want to share my battery back on Valentines Day, I work the night shift and left home at around 8:30pm and the battery lasted me until about 3:30pm the next day.

This was with data, wifi, location, Bluetooth off.

Played music with it going to and coming home from work.
Played a couple of games, Traffic Racer to be exact during breaks.
Moderate texting, two calls.
And a handful of pictures.

It pretty much survives a day on regular use.



Though I have a Lumia 1520, the Lumia 822 is still my daily driver
