No scratches on screen, but it has one teeny tiny ding on the backside chamfer of the frame. (visible in the photo of the back of the phone, about halfway down the phone)

Additional Info: This is a white/silver Lumia ICON with a green Lumia 930 back. The wireless charging and NFC stickers were pulled off the old white back, which I will include with the phone.

In addition, the screen on this ICON exhibits no color gradient on solid colors. (the line in the middle of the pic is due to reflection)
The device works OK on T-Mobile and AT&T and obviously excellent on Verizon.
