For those asking about it working on other carriers, ATT and TMO should work fine. Possible no LTE, but HSPA. Look in the Lumia 822 forum for the thread on using the 822 on Straight Talk to see how it's done. The settings will differ for other carriers, but the phone will work on them.

What he said, I am pretty sure you will not get LTE but as far as phone calls go I know that works. I plugged my wife's ST card in it and it worked fine for calls.

I wanted to add a little more detail about possible trades.

I am interested in a possible trade with a 1020 or 1520 but not straight up (unless you have something new in box)

So I would do something like my Icon for either of those phones+ $100.

Every one of the five 928s I've had have had that sticker. Since the battery is not removable, they can't put the numbers on the inside of the phone.

Noted. I saw the same thing on the Icon my son just bought from the Microsoft Store yesterday. It has the barcode sticker on it as well. So you're right and I was just unaware that is how the come.

Noted. I saw the same thing on the Icon my son just bought from the Microsoft Store yesterday. It has the barcode sticker on it as well. So you're right and I was just unaware that is how the come.

It's VZW's way of tattooing the back side of the phone....draw your own other analogies....
