Condition: Good - 7.5/10, the phone is in good condition, frame has a few imperfections, back is not in 'like new' condition. There are some scratches on the screen but do not impact LCD when it is lit - see picture 1 and 2. The vibrate function on the phone does NOT work. Haptic feedback on the three keys is also a bit weak. Otherwise there are no issues with the phone. The first two pictures are taken with a 18MP SLR to show scratches. The other pics are taken with my Lumia 810 and they do not pick up the scratches as well as the SLR does. I am being upfront about as many things as possible here. With the shape of it, "good" would not fit it with parts not really working (vibrate is a big deal for people if they need a phone to be quiet) and that it's a little scratched up.

With this being said, I am looking for something to replace my old Touch Pro 2 as my spare phone, based on the shape, I would be willing to offer $40 for it. Keep in mind this will be a phone I wont use much but, that would be the max I would be willing to spend on it..

OK, No problem, that is the max I am willing to pay for the phone, I don't mind a little damaged phone for a backup but, $40 is the max I would be willing to go on it.

I was going to look to offer more but, with the vibrate feature not working, you would need a new mother board (after looking into it), so I guess I will stay at $40 for my offer, valid for a week. A few scratches does not bother me for a spare phone but, the vibrate feature would be important..
