It doesn't seem to be as bad. I took a couple steps that Rumorednow suggested and it seems to have fixed it. I can't fully say that wouldn't happen again though. I generally like to use it with the onscreen nav bar anyways.

Bumpity bump! All pm's responded to again. Everything still available. Would prefer to bundle the 640 with at least one of either the 1520 or the Band 2. Fired up the 1520 again the other day and haven't noticed the phantom touches. Can't guarantee it won't happen again but it did appear okay for the few hours I used it.
