Xbox Fitness not free anymore?

Hey, last night I was all prepped up to do some Insanity with Xbox fitness and it said that I have to pay $19.99 for one workout. I used to workout with Xbox Fitness back in the summer and it was free. When did it become a paid service?

It was only supposed to be free through the end of 2014, but my first time signing in this year prompted a message telling me that they extended the free period through 2015. I'm not sure why you're having trouble.

Do you have XBOX Live Gold?

There are free Insanity workouts - and then there are some paid subscription workouts too. You sure you chose the right one?

They never gave you all workouts for free though either. As far as I can recall, they gave you a sort of 'starter pack' for free, and then to get more workouts in the same program, you always needed to pay.

Yes I have gold, maybe the app just launched with some bug, bit I'll try again tonight
