Xbox head says that he is 'very sorry' for the continued Xbox Live issues

Microsoft is still dealing with issues with its Xbox Live service today, and it's so bad that the head of the Xbox division, Phil Spencer, posted a message on his Twitter account apologizing for the continued problems.
