Xbox Live for Windows Phone...

OK,

Without name calling or dissing MS or developers...hear me out.

"I" absolutely hate achievements! We do have a 360 at home and friends have a 360 or XBox One....

What am I "actually" getting from paying a yearly Live fee, if I don't like achievements and barely put in time on the home console? My son is on the 360 all day...me, not so much.

Why would you hate achievements? I can see not caring if they're there or not, but hate? That seems a little extreme.

If you don't like them, don't use them. Some people like to compare gamerscore points for fun.

OK, hate may be too extreme...I don't care for them. So technically, is achievements the only thing having a Live account is useful for on WP?

I mean, pretty much yeah, just achievements. That's kinda the point. The only good thing about Apple's game center is "points" and the same as whatever Google's option is. That's really the entire point.
