XBOX Music and GDR2 Update

I fail to see what the difference is with this update!

I use the cloud to sync my collection and before the update, albums randomly broke down into individual songs with no album cover.

I was having to go to the cloud, delete it, then add to collection again to fix it. The recent update has not solved this issue at all and its pretty annoying.

Also some albums that are Deluxe editions save the album twice with a random song on one copy and the rest of the album on the other.

I really was expecting Xbox Music to be better and now I have exactly the same experience.

For the first time since i've had a Windows Phone device, XBOX music syncing works, "Sort of" I can my collection on both my surface and my 1020. I still have to press download if I want it local, but I think that's the goal.

I just have random albums broken down into individual tracks without album art so it looks like I have 10 of the same album in the list. I thought the update was going to fix this issue.

Still a mess until they make it more like Zune or gasp, iTunes. The only plus I saw was the ability to select all songs in a playlist for download to the phone.

Extremely poor and looking at alternatives at the moment. Have you used deezer?

Not yet. What works for me is download the music with Zune (using my ZunePass), make a playlist with Windows Media Player and syncing with the Desktop App.

Other than adding FM radio... my genres are actually correct, that's all.
