Xbox music collection and Cortana?

So can Cortana only play local music? If I go into the Music app, I can find Body Electric by Lana Del Rey, but it can be streamed from my online collection, but Cortana sends me to the web instead of playing it from the streaming services. Any way around this?

That's a good question. I'd like to know also, since I have not found any way to do this yet.
