XBOX Music DOWN???

I haven't been able to use any of my music DL, cloud or even ripped from cd since the Zune software went down and switched to Xbox music. Been chatting and emailing support but to no avail. They keep telling me that they're working on a solution. The good news, usually when a Microsoft service goes down it usually means they're patching something in. Or its just down cause it sucks, we'll see in the near future what this brings. I'm going to look at this optimistically and keep my fingers crossed! Hoping for the best!
