Xbox Music issues

Hello all,

I am assuming those in the 928 Forum are new to WP8 like I am, I have search other forums and there are pages and pages of "works/doesn't work" response...so I am starting a new one:

I am going out of town and can't deal with Wi-Fi/Cellular streaming. I want to do, what seems to be, the most complex feature for Windows 8 / WP8....place my music on my phone. I have a Zune/Xbox Pass, and a ton of music. At first, apparently, everything was streaming through the cloud. So I turned that option off. I launched the Windows Phone App and connected my phone...the response "Connect your phone" from the app...so that tool is broken. Windows 8 has 45 playlists. It's almost 2 weeks later and the "cloud" still only shows 12 of my playlists.

How do I get this crap to work?

It was so much easier with Zune, Trophy, and ZuneHD.

Hi tribexx, this is a known problem with Xbox, you may want to go to the forums Xbox music and look around. That would be the best place to post any questions about music. Good luck:smile:
